Monitors the state of the opengear console server serial/usb lines.

### Check Info:

* *service*: this check creates the one service for each serial/usb line with the line index as item

* *state*: 
    - WARN if the CTS signal not on (line connected)

* *wato*: 
    - Check: Monitoringstate if CTS is not on (default Warning)
    - Discovery: various options which lines should not be discovered

* *perfdata*: none
