Monitors status of Cisco VLAN Trunk Protocol

Check Info:

* *service*: this check will create the service *VTP status*
* *state*: the service is allways **ok**
* *wato*: none
* *perfdata*: 
    * \# of VLANs
    * \# of suspended VLANs
