Monitors status of Cisco redundancy framework

Check Info:

* *service*: this check creates the service *Redundancy status*
* *state*:\
    **critical**
    *  if *Unit* is not active or standby
    *  if *Peer unit* is not active or standby
    *  if *Unit state* changed from the expectet value (gathered on inventory)
    *  if *Peer unit state* changed from the expectet value (gathered on inventory)
    *  if *Peer unit not detected*

    **warning**
    * if *Secodary unit* is active
* *wato*: none
* *perfdata*: none
