Monitors status of Aruba / HP Procurve switches power supplys

Check Info:

* *service*: creates one service per power supply
* *state*: **critical** if the power supply state not *powered*
* *wato*: none
* *perfdata*: Temperature, Watt, Number of failures and Uptime 


**Note: perfdata are not available on all switch models**
